Local Action at Pioneer Square Sunday, Nov 23

We are going to meet at Pioneer Square in downtown Portland on Sunday, Nov 23 at 2 PM
to stand in solidarity with our sisters and brothers who will be at the Vigil at Ft. Benning, Georgia to demand the closure of the school of americas and remember the thousands killed by the schools graduates in Latin America.

We will be passing out flyers and explaining to people what the School of Americas is and why it should be closed. Look for our banner -!

We have about a dozen people from Oregon going to Georgia for that weekend. They will call in a brief update during the afternoon!

We will hear report backs from our local members on the first Wednesday in December!
